Key responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the GM in all areas of operation.
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing access to the GM, filtering calls, messages, and emails.
  • Manage the GM’s complex calendar — scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up with responsible departments.
  • Maintain confidential records and assist with sensitive legal, HR, and financial documentation.
  • Attend internal and external meetings when required, representing the GM with professionalism.
 2. Office Administration & Communication Flow
  • Draft, translate, and manage internal and external correspondence in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:
 1. Route Planning & Market Coverage
  • Strictly follow the assigned route plan.
  • Visit all allocated customers regularly, including:
    • Existing/old clients
    • New and potential clients
  • Ensure full territory coverage.
  • Identify new projects, contractors, and hardware shops.
 
2. Sales & Order Processing
  • Take accurate orders during customer visits.
  • Use the company system to:
    • Check stock availability before confirming orders.
    • Confirm prices and terms.

3. Delivery Follow-Up & Coordination
